制法:
虾仁去肠泥剁小丁加料酒、葱姜水、盐、味精、半个蛋清、白胡椒粉搅拌上劲待用
1,鸡蛋打散摊蛋皮2.将蛋皮铺在案板上,先均匀摸上一层虾茸
3,再铺上一层紫菜
4然后在紫菜上均匀抹上一层虾茸,卷起来,
5,上笼蒸熟取出切成厚片装盘即成。
